About us

Inmarket creates new business. We continue our search for new business opportunities within two markets, the wellbeing and hospitality market, and transform these to sustainable business. Our young, multifunctional team consists of approximately 25 professionals in the field of marketing, sales, industrial design and engineering.

All of our products have common principles; they are functionally discriminating, based on proven technology, intuitive and they all fit the existing market structure.

To transform these opportunities to sustainable business we use our own development model, the 3x3 model. This model is based on the idea that a product’s success is determined by three elements; the user, the market and the product development. It is our belief that all parties should be enthusiastic about the product before its actual launch, therefore we incorporate them continuously during the development.

Opportunity phase

InMarket confines itself to two markets, because we consider a strong knowledge of the market essential to be able to spot and judge opportunities. Prior to the start of a development, we create a vision that illustrates the product idea. We use this vision to fully understand the concept of the product idea, including the user, the co-users, the surroundings, the procurement etc. To check the product idea’s possible potential, the vision is proposed to potential users and to the parties that are active in that specific market. We end this phase with a feasibility study, consumer feedback and a preliminary business case, on which information a no/no-go decision is made.

Development phase

In the development phase the product emerges, this is usually the longest phase during which we build numerous prototypes to test our ideas. During the initial stage of this phase, these tests are mostly functional, later in the process we check early prototypes with users, distributors and retail stores. At the end of this phase, we end up with a proven concept that has received positive user feedback, embodies a solid business case, a clear distribution plan and co-operation strategy with partners.

Launch phase

In the final phase, we work closely with partners for both production and marketing purposes. The focus in this phase is on starting a new company, build first production batches, building marketing strategies and choosing a launch strategy.
